How do I cancel an appointment with Rush?
You can make changes to your appointment or reschedule up to 24 hours before you’re due to visit. Just follow the instructions on your confirmation email and if in doubt give your salon a call and they’ll be able to help you.

How often should you cut your hair?
Hairstylist Lisa Huff recommends trimming between a quarter to half an inch off the hair every 12 weeks if growing it out. Doing it more often won’t make your hair grow any quicker. Strands only grow approximately a half inch every month, per the American Academy of Dermatology.
Do you need to book for Rush?
You can no longer book online and pay in-store. Booking online requires you to pay online as well. You are welcome to walk in and pay cash for your jump session but due to high demand during the busy periods, we cannot guarantee all sessions availability.
Does Rush have WIFI?
Rush offers free wireless internet access for our patients and visitors. Anyone with a laptop computer, tablet or other wireless device with a standard Internet browser and Wi-Fi capability can access the public Wi-Fi by entering an email address. Wi-Fi service is available in designated areas.
