Are Admira guitars any good?
The Admira line of nylon-acoustic guitars are great quality and value. They offer handcrafted instruments at a mid-range price, making them extremely accessible. The biggest drawback to Admira’s guitars is that they are relatively tough to find if you live in the US.
Is a Fernandes Strat a good guitar?
I have a Fernandes Strat and a Fernandes Tele both 70’s-80’s and both killer guitars. I also own 2 Fender Strats and would say the Fernandes keeps up with both and actually plays better in many respects. I used mine in the studio and it was a great sounding guitar.
Where are Fernandes Guitars made?
Fernandes Guitars started production in 1969 in Osaka, Japan. It grew and became one of the largest producers of Japanese-made guitars, rivaling competitors Fujigen and Matsumoku. Fernandes produced guitars with the Burny and Nady badges as well as house brand Fernandes. A possible badge made by Fernandes was the oddly named Orange guitar.

The Fernandes Strats and Teles I played around with in the the early 90s were all great guitars, especially given their cost at that time! Any good? Are these Fernandes LE-1 AlNiCo pickups ceramics?
