Is there a sea server for LoL?
There are a few servers around the world that are not run by Riot. For example, Southeast Asia (SEA) servers are run by Garena, a Riot Games partner. Chinese servers are run by Tencent, Riot’s parent company….Riot Games Servers.

In May 2017, Garena was renamed to Sea Limited. However, Garena was retained as a brand name of Sea Limited (aka Sea Group).

Does my PC run League of Legends?
Will my PC be able to run League of Legends? As mentioned above, League of Legends’ minimum system requirements are extremely low, and it will even run on a wide range of laptops. In fact, the minimum CPU requirement is so low that Riot Games only states that a 2 GHz CPU is needed (even if dual-core).

How to manually change League of Legends servers
- Launch the Riot game client.
- Go to your Account.
- Click on Account Settings.
- Click on Purchase RP.
- Select the new server.
Is Garena LoL safe?
In order to play LoL, you need to have Garena client, it’s similar to Play button in Steam but you can’t open the game with shortcut. Overall, it’s quite safe to use Garena client because well at least they have a name in the region so they won’t want any bad rumors tainting their brand.
Can Garena play with riot?
You will not be able to use your Garena League of Legends account to play new games. That said, we will not be publishing new games with Garena. Garena will continue to be our partner in supporting League of Legends and the League of Legends community, and we are incredibly grateful for their support.

It is developed by Sea Ltd, a company which originated from Singapore. The owner Forest Li was born in China, he shifted to Singapore and he is currently a resident of Singapore only. Garena Free Fire is not a chinese app and has not been banned.
