Does GEHA cover hormone therapy?
Note: For individuals considering hysterectomy/salpingo-oophorectomy, orchiectomy, vaginectomy or vaginoplasty procedures a total of 12 months continuous hormonal sex reassignment therapy is required. An additional 12 months of hormone therapy is not required for vaginectomy or vaginoplasty procedures.
Does GEHA insurance cover 3D mammograms?
GEHA also covers 3D mammography. This newer type of screening allows doctors to see breast tissue more clearly in three dimensions, lowering the need of follow-up testing.
Does GEHA cover massages?
GEHA health plans do not cover massage therapy, but do cover chiropractic care. GEHA pays $20 per visit up to 12 times per year for chiropractic care and $25 for spinal X-rays. You pay the balance after GEHA payment.
Does GEHA cover implants?
