Visionworks will replace the original pair with another pair of glasses with frames and lenses of your choice that are of equal or lower value. The returned pair of glasses must be in new and original condition.
Can optometrist put lenses in any frames?
Can I put prescription lenses in any frames? In general, you can put prescription lenses in any frames. Getting new lenses for old frames isn’t usually something we recommend, as it’s best to update your frames at the same time as your lenses, but it’s not impossible.

We would also need to consider how the wearer will be using their glasses, so in the case of needing glasses for distance and near vision work, we would need to bear in mind the working area so we can then advise on the correct bifocal, varifocal or occupational lenses.
