The name caught on with visitors and in 2003 “Bentleyville Tour of Lights” was born. During the summer of 2004, Nathan and his family moved from Esko, MN to rural Cloquet, MN to a larger home for their 4 children. With the new name of “Bentleyville” came a whole new vision for Nathan.

Back to a Walk Through – Bentleyville is a walk through event again! We switched to a drive through format in 2020 due to covid-19 restrictions, but we are happy to see everyone in-person again! How can you help set up Bentleyville’s holiday light show?
The holiday light show has been growing in displays, size, and attendance since. Starting in late September, hundreds of volunteers are needed to help setup Bentleyville. Volunteers 16 years of age and older can show up Saturdays and Sundays from 8:30 am – 4 pm and Wednesday nights from 5-8 pm.

The Christmas Tree makes up one of the focal points of the lighting display. It’s 128 feet high and is built from 17 tons of iron. At its peak is an 8′ ball with 28 3′ spikes. It is lit with 150,000 LED lights. On Wednesday, November 9th, Bentleyville will be hosting a Free Family Event night.
