Pekkas are in fact very expensive but can be very useful. They are very necessary in the GoWiPe Strategy which works wonders for destroying bases at high levels. They arent considered BAD for farming, they are actually good for it, its just that there are way better farming strategies out there.

The natural counter to a unit with massive HP such as P.E.K.K.A. is the Inferno Tower and Inferno Dragon, as their damage will multiply over time. However, beware of zap, lightning, or any unit that can reset their damage. Another good counters are swarm units. Although fragile, these units can easily kill P.E.K.K.A.
Why does Pekka follow butterfly?
The mega knight almost killed the P.E.K.K.A and then she got up and left the mega knight and right before she was going to finish the job a butterfly flew past she became distracted and happily chased after it and the mega knight jumped away in fear! And thats why the P.E.K.K.A loves butterflies!
