Is one Manic Panic bleach Kit enough?
Before using any Manic Panic® Semi-Permanent Hair Color, pre-lighten your hair with Flash Lightning® Bleach to get the most intense color. One Bleaching Kit is enough product for short hair of average thickness up to 4 inches in length.
Does Manic Panic bleach damage hair?
It will not damage the hair. What you have to do to the hair prior to applying Manic Panic is what does the damage. The hair must be bleached to a light blonde before applying Manic Panic. If you ever want to remove the color later on, it is nearly impossible to get it completely out of the hair.

The length of processing time depends on the color and condition of your hair, but we don’t recommend leaving the bleach on for longer than 40 minutes per session. While processing, make sure to check your hair every 10 minutes after the application to evaluate how much color has lifted.

What is the difference between Manic Panic and amplified?

Highly recommend MP amplified.
