Is Brin Milo a Psyker?
Milo is currently presumed alive and travelling with the Saint Sabbat. Although subjected to questioning by Inquisitor Lilith, Milo was not discovered to be a psyker, though it is mentioned in Agun Soric’s notes that he is ‘special’ and just does not know it.

How many Tanith first and only are there?
When the Tanith Regiments were consolidated into the First and Only, the regiment consisted of approximately 3,500 Guardsmen. Following the Fortis Binary campaign, the regiment numbered 40 platoons, totalling roughly 2,000 men.
Can a commissar execute a Space Marine?
No. The commissariat has it’s authority from the militarium firmly established through sector and regiment. On the other hand, space marines are a law unto themselves, with some chapters (particularly space wolves) not recognising commissars in any way.
