How does parking work at UTD?
When on campus, you must be legally parked at all times to avoid parking citations. When parking on campus, you may either utilize the hourly pay-by-space metered parking spaces, or purchase an annual parking permit.
How do I get a UTD parking pass?
Student Parking Prices Permits can be purchased at any time online at utdallas.edu/myparking by logging with your NetID. A payment method can be selected at the time of check-out. Permits are available for purchase via credit/debit card as an in-full payment.
Where do visitors park at UTD?
Visitor Passes Visitors can get a one-day parking pass from the Visitor Center or Parking Office (PS3 1.200) with a photo ID. This pass may be used on the day it is issued and will allow you to park in Green parking spaces.

“Auxiliary parking” or “auxiliary driveway” means any area excluding the required minimum improved surfaces for parking or driveways that provides for the parking or driving of vehicles.

What is an improved surface? It is a driveway or parking surface constructed of concrete, asphalt, paving stones or other hard material. You might be able to use another material but only with the approval of the city building official.

Is Utd virtual?
Discover UTD is a virtual event for prospective freshman and transfer students. The event includes come-and-go sessions Monday through Thursday evenings and ending the week with the opportunity to meet with an admission counselor during the day on Friday.
