- In Print Options, save as a PDF: Mac OS: Save as PDF. Windows: Microsoft Print to PDF.

- Upload the new PDF to Schoology.
How do I download all schoology files?
Go to your Account Settings (in the dropdown menu under your name) and click the Transfer History tab. Once the file transfer status is complete, you can download the file. Save the file in a location that you can easily access for Step 3. Please note that the file will only be available for download for a day or two.
