What is the difference between Steam a Seam 2 and Lite Steam a Seam?

It is my understanding that Steam a Seam 2 is double sided and that is what the 2 stands for. Lite Steam a Seam 2 is for lighter weight fabrics and for uses where you do not want a heaviness if you are laying pieces of applique upon one another where they will over lap. Regular Steam a Seam is one sided and heavier.
