If you wish to reactivate an archived account and you remember your login credentials, simply attempt to login to your Webkinz World account to initiate the automatic account recovery process. You will be able to login to your account after 24 hours.

What do you do if you lose your Webkinz Code?
If yours did not come with an Adoption Code, please take it back to the store where you bought it and get another Webkinz Pet that has an Adoption Code. If you were sold a Webkinz Pet without an Adoption Code, it is the retailer’s responsibility to replace it.
