Harley-Davidson has decided to quietly discontinue the Harley-Davidson V-Rod from it 2018 model line-up. The 2017 V-Rod Muscle and Night Rod Special will be the final iterations of the VSRC (V-Twin Street Racing Custom) line from Harley-Davidson.
Are v rods fast?
A stock V-Rod can get from 0–60 in about 3.1 seconds or thereabouts. It’s not the fastest bike out there. but it’s plenty fast for me. I rode one of these and it is pretty quick.
Is V-Rod a good beginner bike?
The v-rod is a pretty easy bike to ride. It’s very well balanced. I definately wouldn’t recommend it for an 18 year olds first bike, but if you respect it, you’ll be fine.
