How do you get to My Sky app?
You just need to sign-in to the app by typing in your Sky iD username/email address and password. Need to create a Sky iD? Create it online and then, once you have downloaded the My Sky app, tap Sign in. When prompted, enter your Sky iD and password.

What network is Sky mobile using?
What network does Sky mobile use? Sky Mobile uses the O2 network. Sky Mobile is a virtual provider, which means it uses another providers’ infrastructure – in this case O2’s. It offers 3G, 4G and more recently, 5G coverage.
How many devices can you have on Sky Go?
You can register up to six devices on Sky Go. They’ll be added automatically once you’ve signed into the app with your Sky iD. After those first six, any new devices registered will replace devices without downloads.
Why can’t I access My Sky account?
If your account has been locked, please call us on 03442 411 280. Our automated system will unlock your iD, then you’ll need to complete all of the following steps: Reset your Sky iD password. Sign in to your Sky email account and check your email settings.
