How do you reset security cameras after power outage?
After the power cable plugged keep holding the reset button . The red PowerLED light will flash on for 3 second first, turn off for about 15 seconds, flash on for another second and turn off again. This procedure takes around 20seconds and camera will power up. Release the reset button.

Why do my ADT cameras keep going offline?
One of the biggest reasons your ADT Pulse wifi camera may be offline is due to power loss. Disconnect power from both the gateway and the camera for several minutes. Power up the gateway first, and give it 5 minutes to reconnect. Power up your camera next and give it some time to reconnect.
