We got you. Bring your purchase and original receipt back to any of our stores within 30 days, and we’ll replace any item that’s just not working for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund loose leaf tea or gift packs containing tea, including our 24 Days of Tea holiday countdowns. Gifting can be tough.
